Situated on a 10-acre parcel, this 115,000 square foot single-story administrative office and state-of-the-art laboratory located in Farmingdale, New York is used for the clinical testing and analysis of drugs and blood samples for the major pharmaceutical, biotechnology companies.
This facility can process up to 8,000 analytical specimen tests per day. The laboratory is segregated into the following areas: Molecular, Tuberculosis, Microbiology, Immunology, Virology, Urinalysis, Hematology, Coagulation, Routine Chemistry, Toxicology, Special Chemistry, and Freezer Rooms.
The laboratories are maintained at a negative pressure to prevent contamination of the adjacent areas with sensors integrated with the rooftop HVAC equipment.
